BRAND MANAGER

Summary

We are looking for an experienced Brand Manager to create a brand strategy from scratch for our target market and develop marketing activities that ensure our brand remains recognisable, up to date and exciting to customers consistently.

As a Brand Manager you will manage end-to-end launch strategies for our brand that have several products. Also work closely with different teams and especially with Digital Marketing Manager to increase brand awareness while ensuring that the company reaches its revenue target through performance marketing.

To be successful as a Brand Manager, you should have a good understanding of consumer behavior, be up-to-date on market trends and continuously monitor competitor activity. You will also be responsible for conducting research, analyzing data, developing go-to-market strategies and reporting on brand performance.

Job Description

  • Plans, implements and executes successful marketing programs (including brand strategic planning, market positioning, brand advertising and media planning)
  • Briefs effectively for creatives, contents, media planning and social media, working in coordination with internal design team and external agencies incl. PR to ensure that strategic communication plans are implemented correctly, on time and completely,
  • Be the driver of planning, concept and execution of brand campaigns, events, sponsorships, influencer marketing and corporate social responsibility programs.
  • Overseeing the production of advertisements, promotional materials and mail campaigns.
  • Manage marketing budgets for all brand activities and report to stakeholders
  • Researching and analyzing consumer behavior, market trends and competitor activity.
  • Collects, organizes, reports and presents all data of our brand.
  • Creates annual, monthly and weekly reporting systems of the brand, analyze data effectively and create valuable insights.
  • Analyse our brand positioning with customer surveys to align with the brand strategy
  • Collaborating with different teams such as product, marketing, creative, legal, etc.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing or another related area of study.
  • Having at least 3 years of experience in brand and marketing management, and having worked in managerial positions in the field of marketing for at least 3 years,
  • Having experience in creating brands from scratch and making a valuable impact in the market.
  • Strategic thinker able to identify long-term opportunities and trends
  • Eager to discover industry trends globally.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally
  • Having good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Having the ability to manage agencies and persuasive skills.
  • Reporting and organizational management skills.
  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
  • Male candidates must have completed military service.
